More Lacquerdaisical! Load of Pollocks and Sakuralige!

Hello!

Today I have more beautiful Lacquerdaisical polishes to show you, this time two glitters. You know I'm a sucker for glitter in a milky base, so these two were right up my polish alley! First up, Load of Pollocks, which is Alexia's most popular polish - and I can see why. There are tonnes of white based glitter polish, but none quite like this. The glitters are all different shapes and sizes, and colours - red, blue, yellow, black and green at the very least- primary colours rather than the usual pastels. I used two coats over a white base for these swatches, as it is a crelly finish and I didn't want to waste my precious bottle!

I can totally see why this is a best seller! I can't wait to wear this in the spring, it's such a happy polish!

Just as beautiful, if not more, is Sakuralige. I love the name of this one, I can just imagine an exploded cherry blossom on my nails! Sakuralige has a pink crelly base with lots of different shaped and sized glitters in shades of pink and purple. Now, this one contains bar glitters, which usually are not my cup of tea at all. Gah! Hairy nails! I hear you cry! Well, no, actually. The bar glitters are the shorter, fatter type and are just sprinkled sparsely enough that you know they're there but do not look "hairy" at all and do nothing but add to the beauty of the polish. This is not glitter for the sake of glitter. My swatch shows two coats over one of OPI Steady As She Rose, again just to spare you the visible nail line without using too much of the precious polish!

It's such a pretty, delicate polish I could wear it forever! Ok, I'm a polish addict so that's not going to happen but you get the idea!

Lacquerdaisical polishes are available from their Facebook page, and Alexia just previewed a holo and duochrome polish last night that look totally amazing so go and have a look!

  1. I looooove these, especially the white/multi-coloured glitter one. I've seen a bit about Laquerdaisical recently and I'll definitely go and check out their FB page. Also, your nail-shape is beautiful! Xx
